By sharing your experience as an IFA student, answering questions, or helping someone better understand the training journey, you can contribute to their decision and support the next generation of pilots.

  • Any other relevant communication channel supported by verifiable evidence

Who Can Participate?

The program is open to all active IFA students, regardless of the course they are currently attending, provided that they:

  • Are actively enrolled at IFA
  • Are in good standing with the school
  • Were active IFA students at the time of the qualifying interaction

IFA employees, contractors, commercial partners, and former students are not eligible to participate.

Which Course Applies?

IFA’s Refer & Win Program applies exclusively to new enrollments in the Integrated ATPL course.

How The Program Works

  • 1. SUPPORT A PROSPECTIVE STUDENT

    Share your experience, answer questions, or provide meaningful guidance about IFA and the Integrated ATPL course.

  • 2. SUBMIT THE PROSPECTIVE STUDENT’S DETAILS

    Before the candidate enrolls, complete the official referral form and identify a prospective student who has a strong interest in joining IFA’s Integrated ATPL course.

  • 3. THE CANDIDATE ENROLLS AT IFA

    The prospective student enrolls in the Integrated ATPL course and confirms that your interaction contributed to their decision.

  • 4. IFA VERIFIES THE INFORMATION

    IFA will review your submission, confirm the interaction with the candidate, and verify that all program requirements have been met.

  • 5. RECEIVE YOUR REWARD

How it works

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reward may only be granted when all the following conditions are met:

  • The candidate enrolls in the Integrated ATPL course.
  • The interaction between the IFA student and the candidate takes place before enrollment.
  • The referral form is submitted before the candidate enrolls.
  • The candidate confirms that the interaction contributed to their decision to enroll.
  • The IFA student submits the referral through the official IFA form.
  • Supporting evidence of the interaction is provided when requested (e.g. screenshots showing the date and communication channel).
  • The candidate has not been in active commercial contact with IFA during the previous 90 days.
  • The candidate completes the enrollment process: contract signing, complete documentation, and payment of the initial fees.
  • The candidate meets all admission requirements, including the required aeronautical medical certification.
  • The candidate completes 30 consecutive days of active attendance.
  • The referring student was actively enrolled at IFA at the time of the qualifying interaction.

Only one reward may be issued for each eligible enrollment.

If more than one student claims to have contributed to the same candidate’s enrollment decision, priority will be given to the first valid referral submitted through IFA’s official channels.

The referral must also be confirmed by the candidate and approved by IFA.

The reward will only be issued once the newly enrolled student has completed 30 consecutive days of active attendance in the Integrated ATPL course, without cancellation, withdrawal, or any material breach of the training agreement. 

Following internal verification, IFA will issue the €300 gift card to the eligible referring student within 30 days. 

Rewards will not be issued in the following circumstances: The interaction takes place after the candidate has enrolled. The referral form is submitted after the candidate has enrolled. The candidate does not enroll in the Integrated ATPL course. The candidate cancels, withdraws, or does not start the training. The candidate does not complete 30 consecutive days of active attendance. The candidate has been in active commercial contact with IFA during the previous 90 days. The candidate does not confirm that the interaction contributed to their enrollment decision. The IFA Sales Team is unable to validate the influence of the interaction. The referral was not submitted through IFA’s official channels. The supporting evidence is insufficient. False, misleading, manipulated, or fraudulent information was provided.

Rewards may be subject to applicable tax, legal, or administrative obligations.

IFA reserves the right to request any information reasonably required to comply with these obligations.

Personal data collected under this program will only be used for the administration, verification, and processing of rewards. IFA will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only collect the information necessary to manage the program. When submitting supporting evidence, participants should provide only information relevant to the validation process and redact any sensitive or unnecessary personal information whenever possible.
IFA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through IFA’s official communication channels.
