Simulator training
Simulator training: preparation for airlines.
Practical and realistic sessions to develop confidence, fluency, and operational readiness.
Simulator Experience
Simulator Training A320 or B737
Simulator training is a crucial milestone in pilots’ transition to a professional environment. It’s where theoretical knowledge takes on practical form, and where technical and non-technical skills are developed in a safe, realistic, and controlled environment.
At our training center, we utilize state-of-the-art simulators and teaching methods aligned with the highest standards of commercial aviation. Our focus is on preparing pilots to operate with excellence in multi-crew teams, adapting to the demands of modern airlines.

APS MCC - Airline Pilot Standard Multi Crew Cooperation
An advanced course that combines MCC fundamentals with a focus on airline-level operational skills. Includes intensive training in CRM, threat and error management (TEM), and airline-based SOP procedures.
Ideal for: Newly graduated pilots who want to stand out in selection processes.

MCC - Multi Crew Cooperation
The essential course for those transitioning from single-pilot to multi-crew flying. Develops communication, coordination, and decision-making skills in the cockpit.
Ideal for: Pilots with a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) on their way to type rating.

JOC - Jet Orientation course
Prepares the pilot to operate commercial jets, focusing on specific piloting techniques such as energy management, jet handling, and high-speed performance.
Ideal for: Consolidating knowledge before jet type rating.

Assessment / Aluguer
Simulator available for personalized training before airline assessments or to maintain proficiency. We offer sessions with or without an instructor, focusing on key assessment areas (LOE, HR interview preparation, and technical briefings).
Ideal for: Pilots preparing for recruitment or maintaining and refreshing their skills.
4 Simulators in Portugal
Basic and advanced flight simulators
Train with advanced and immersive simulators that offer cutting-edge technology to prepare you from the fundamentals to the real cockpit, elevating your training and career in aviation.
A modern training center demands cutting-edge technology. With four different simulators, we create training experiences tailored to your path, from MCC to jet type rating preparation. The quality of training depends directly on the equipment used. Therefore, we invest in high-fidelity simulators that accurately replicate the flight environment, aircraft systems, and dynamic behavior at all stages of operation.
Students have the opportunity to experiment, make mistakes, correct them, and repeat – all with close monitoring from qualified instructors. This translates into greater confidence and superior performance in advanced stages such as type rating or airline selections.
We have an FFS A320 in France for advanced pilot training, making our simulator fleet with 8 in total.

AL250
The starting point for strong flying fundamentals
The ALSIM AL250 is a versatile FNPT II simulator, ideal for training in single-engine and multi-engine environments with a generic cockpit. With immersive 3D visuals, realistic instruments, and precise flight response, it is used in early stages of advanced training, including JOC and MCC preparation.
A simulator for developing instrument flight techniques and familiarization with IFR procedures in a safe environment.

ALX
Professional-level multi-crew operations
The ALSIM ALX is a highly adaptable FNPT II MCC simulator with multiple aircraft configurations – including light jets and turboprops. It offers a complete experience for MCC and APS MCC training, with an emphasis on multicrew cooperation, SOPs, and cockpit resource management (CRM).
A simulator that combines flexibility and fidelity, ideal for modular and integrated ATPL(A) courses.

A320
The authentic Airbus experience, without taking-off
The Simnest A320 is a high-fidelity FTD (Flight Training Device) based on the real-world operation of the Airbus A320 family. Equipped with functional panels, realistic systems, and authentic fly-by-wire logic, it provides an experience close to a full flight simulator.
Perfect for APS MCC training, Jet Orientation, and specific preparation for Airbus type rating.

B737MAX
Real-world preparation for the next generation of Boeing aircraft
This FTD simulator accurately represents the newest generation of the Boeing 737: the MAX. With a fully functional cockpit, system logic, and a realistic flight environment, it is the ideal choice for MCC, APS MCC, and specific preparation for evaluation at airlines that operate Boeing aircraft.
Perfect for pilots seeking in-depth familiarization with the 737 MAX before a type rating or recruitment process.

VR - Virtual Reality
The Importance of Virtual Reality (VR) Before Simulator Training
The use of virtual reality headsets in pilot training represents a significant advancement in aviation training. Even before trainees enter a full simulator, VR allows them to become familiar with the cockpit, procedures, and operational flows in an immersive and highly realistic way. This innovative approach accelerates the learning curve, reduces initial anxiety, and improves pilot confidence when entering the simulator for the first time.
By practicing in a virtual environment, pilots can repeat procedures as many times as necessary, at a much lower cost than hours in a certified simulator. This translates into more efficient preparation and a smoother transition to simulator training, optimizing time and resources during the type rating course.
The integration of virtual reality into the training process is a novelty that is redefining industry standards – and we are at the forefront of this transformation.
