The training plan is determined on a case-by-case basis by the Head of Training, taking into account the following factors:
- Pilot experience;
- Aircraft complexity;
- The time that has passed since the Qualification has expired;
- If the Pilot has another valid Rating;
- If the pilot is current on another Type.

For every conversion the pilot must do the 14 ATPL Theoretical Examinations first, either with support from IFA or as self-proposed if you already have an ATPL license.
After finishing the theory and taking into account the type rating and valid qualifications at that time, the practical training has to be completed via 2 options:
If you have an ATPL License:
- 1 Simulator Session on the Valid Type Rating
If you have a CPL License:
- Flight Training analyses case by case
To enroll in this program, the following documents are required:
- Flight License
- Last 3 pages of the Logbook
- Medical Certificate Class 1 (only needed for the flight training part)
- Personal ID card (EU citizens) / valid Passport
- ICAO English certificate
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Other documents may be necessary
To perform this program, you must have the following requirements:
- CPL(A) or ATPL(A) Valid License
- Visa may apply for non-EU citizens
The duration of this program might vary. Depending on the availability of each student, the theory can take from 9 to 18 months.
