APS MCC Course A320 or B737

Accelerate your pilot career by starting with an airline using this advanced qualification.

The APS MCC (Airline Pilot Standards Multi-Crew Cooperation) is the evolution of the traditional MCC course, offering more comprehensive and rigorous training aligned with current airline standards. Designed for newly qualified pilots, the APS MCC is now widely recognized as a competitive advantage when entering the commercial aviation job market.

Airline Pilot Standards Multi-Crew Cooperation Course The APS MCC is a course that teaches pilots how to interact and share flight duties among the members of a crew, following the methodologies used by airlines and flying aircraft using simulators that represent the entire aircraft. It is an EASA-recognized course, intended for recent ATPL or CPL/ME IR holders, and prepares them to undertake any type rating course.
For current pilot students of the integrated or modular ATPL, the APS MCC is considered a very advanced MCC module to be taken during the final phase of the course, with all the usual task sharing procedures and checklists performed in an A320 environment.

Pilots with an ATPL degree can benefit from this course by experiencing an introduction to a Type Rating, studying all the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the A320 and B737, for example. For airlines, pilots with APS MCC are more competitive in job opportunities, as they increase the chances of completing a Type Rating, which involves very high costs for an airline.
The success rate is 98% for passing a Type Rating.

pilot career
Benefits of APS MCC
The course is structured based on the same procedures, scenarios, and demands used by major European airlines, preparing the pilot to operate effectively in a multi-crew environment.
More than just piloting, the APS MCC focuses on teamwork, leadership, communication, and decision-making – crucial skills in a modern cockpit.
More and more airlines are valuing (or even requiring) the APS MCC on resumes, considering it clear evidence of professionalism and advanced preparation.
The course is conducted in FNPT-II or higher type simulators, faithfully replicating the environment of a commercial jet. The instructors are pilots with real airline experience.
With a solid foundation in SOPs, CRM, and cockpit management, pilots who complete the APS MCC approach Type Rating with greater confidence and fluency.
