Instrument Rating Course for Flight Instructors - IRI(A)

The EASA IRI course will allow you to provide instruction in this category for issuing, revalidating, or renewing licenses, depending on the aircraft.

O curso IRI EASA irá permitir que dês instrução nesta categoria, para emissão, revalidação ou renovação de licenças, conforme as aeronaves.

Upon completion of the Instrument Rating course, you will be able to instruct in this category at any ATO.

Training:
– 10 hours of theoretical training
– 5 hours of FNPT-II training
– 1 hour of exam

– Valid FI and SEP
– Min. 200h IFR
– Min. 500h Instruction
– Valid IR

The duration of the FI(A) (Flight Instructor) course depends on the training schedule, weather conditions, aircraft availability, and the student’s progress. Under EASA requirements, the FI(A) training course includes a minimum of 25 hours of Teaching and Learning, 100 hours of theoretical knowledge instruction, and 30 hours of flight instruction.
