Overall Objectives
− Qualify future professionals in the area of Cabin Crew.
− Develop linguistic skills at the level of aeronautical technical English, which provide trainees with a basis that supports their work as PNC.
− Promote linguistic skills in technical aeronautical English, essential and necessary for any PNC in terms of their achievement and personal and professional development.
− To raise awareness among future PNC trainees of the need and importance of acquiring skills in aeronautical technical English appropriate to the performance of their profession.
Specific Objectives
− Communicate appropriately, in English, with passengers, using the vocabulary
adequate.
− Recognize words or expressions from the aeronautical area related to assistance to
passengers, emergencies and cabin routines during flights
− Communicate effectively, directly and with authority, maintaining composure, even when facing difficult situations.
