What is it for?

It is an opportunity for pilots to interact and divide flight tasks among the elements of a crew, but following the methodologies used in airlines, during 40h of practical classes.

What is it?

It is an EASA recognized course for recent graduated ATPL ou CPL/ME-IR students aimed to prepare them for the next step in the formation: type rating specialization on a modern aircraft such as Airbus A320.

Why is it so important?

APS MCC arouse because some airlines have realized young pilots faced difficulties when in a simulator, either in job selecion processes or during a type rating qualification.
