The Aviation Air Law course explains how the system of international civil aviation developed to what it is today. Describes the present responsibilities and activities of national governments and international organizations such as ICAO and EASA, in the field of international aviation and reviews the regulation, policies and practices of the stakeholders concerned.

Course Description

The course overview all annexes and Subparts of current legislation, enabling the participants to be familiarized with the contents of PART-FCL, PART-ORO, PART-M or PART 145, as applicable.

After completion of the Aviation Air Law course the participant should have a clear understanding of the EASA regulamentary system and where and how to look for information on day-to-day work.

  • International Law
  • Compliance Monitoring Management
  • Safety Management System
  • EASA PART-ORO, PART-FCL, Part-M, Part-145, (CE) Regulation 1008/2008, Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention), ICAO, IATA, National guidelines;
  • Aircraft Nationality and Registration
  • Aerodromes
  • Security

Be a candidate for the following positions in an Air Operator:

  •  Nominated Person Flight Operations / Ground Operations / Training Manager / Airworthiness or Maintenance Manager.
  • ·Safety or Compliance Managers
